Campanet, home to around 2,000 people is a lovely town that has avoided so much of the large scale development experienced by so many Mallorca towns in recent years. The ancient thirteenth century San Miquel chapel on the outskirts of Campanet too, is worth a visit.

Considering Campanet is off the beaten track, it's extremely easy to reach by car. The main Ma-13 motorway runs less than a kilometre to the east of town and connects with Palma and its international airport about 25 minutes away.
