Villa Esquina is a beautifully presented luxury holiday villa with plenty of space for up to 10 guests. It has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, fabulous mountain views and a 15m long heated saltwater pool. It holds a peaceful location in the prestigious residential area of La Font in Pollensa, and is just a 15 minute walk from the historic town, and a short drive from the beach and popular resort of Puerto Pollensa.
The villa, which has been completely refurbished, is guaranteed to impress, and is the perfect destination for large families or groups with children who want to enjoy holidays together.
Inside you are greeted by a grand entrance hall with a sweeping staircase which leads to the open plan living room, here you will find lots of comfortable sofa seating. There is a dining area with a large table where guests can eat meals together, and there is a modern kitchen with breakfast bar which is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay including a large electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, and even juicers for guests to make their own smoothies.
There is a laundry room beside the kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer, American style fridge freezer and a separate sink with a drainer. Guests can also benefit from the second lounge/playroom which boasts lots of entertainment such as high-speed fibre WIFI, 50" UHD 4K TV, Streaming UK TV, a Blu-ray player with lots of movies, board games & puzzles for all age groups, a selection books, a comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table and a pool table that doubles as an air-hockey table.
The ground floor also has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a super king bed, a desk, an en suite bathroom with double vanity, heated towel rail, Elemis products and a bathtub.
The first floor is home to three more double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, and a private balcony complete with tables and chairs and fantastic views. This includes another master suite, a bedroom with king size bed, and one with two single beds which can be joined to make a double if required.
All bedrooms have black-out blinds, plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes, cabinets and drawers. The two master bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) each have a safe located inside the wardrobe.
Outside the villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens with expansive lawns where children can play, including a basket ball net and football goal. There is a 15m long heated saltwater swimming pool with sunbathing area, and in a shaded corner of the garden is a daybed and a hammock, set in tropical surroundings to create a wonderful relaxing oasis.
