In the main house, 2 master bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there is a family suite that has 2 rooms sharing a bathroom. Each bedroom has its own, private terrace and is secluded from the other bedrooms. The property has full WiFi coverage throughout and is fitted with central heating and air conditioning.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and guest bathroom. Stunning terrace surrounded by greenery just off the library (which has a wood-burning fireplace).
The large open living room and dining room space opens to a covered terrace that wraps itself around the exceptionally large pool.
On the grounds, there is an additional guest house that has 3 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. Each is accessed via a private terrace and a communal living room.
The house is very private yet you can walk to Alcudia (an attractive little town that used to be the Romans’ capital in Mallorca). This is also a short drive to two fantastic little sand beaches that are rarely crowded.
If hiking is your thing, there is a path that starts behind the house that takes you to a natural park, so lots of hiking around. Puerto Pollensa, Puerto Alcudia, and Pollensa.
There are two caretakers that look after the garden and the house.

Alcúdia and Puerto Alcúdia are located in the north of Mallorca. The village Alcúdia is picturesque with an old medieval centre which is well worth a visit as well as the many restaurants and bars. A short drive away is the Port of Alcúdia and the bay with the spectacular golden beach area that stretches for about 13kms. The famous Alcanada golf club is only five minutes away from the Port of Alcúdia.
