Why figures for Port de Pollença differ between sources
You will find quite different average prices for Port de Pollença online, with some agency indices reporting figures closer to €4,200 to €4,400 per m². Differences of this size usually come from four things:
| Area boundary | Whether the figure covers only the town or a wider area including the countryside, Cala Sant Vicenç or Formentor. |
| Listings included | Which portals and agencies are counted, how duplicate listings are merged and whether unusually high or low prices are excluded. |
| Method | Average or median, per listing or per square metre, and over which period. |
| Asking or sale price | Asking prices are what sellers ask; registered sale prices from notarial deeds are usually lower. |
