Iris has lived in Mallorca for more than 30 years and is deeply connected to Mallorcan culture. Culture and art, nature and farming in Mallorca are her passions, along with sustainable development: she has developed several real estate projects, including the first Passivhaus home in north Mallorca. She co-founded Balearic Properties with Antonio Fuster and trained at the European Training Centre for Real Estate.
