The heart of Son Bunyola is a stately building dating back to the 16th century, a typical example of Majorcan grand estates. Like many historic fincas on the island, it has undergone several transformations over the centuries, the most recent in 1931 when it was acquired by Josep Puig i Canals, a businessman from Sóller. Today, under Branson’s vision, the estate has regained its full splendour while retaining its original stone and traditional charm.

The hotel features 26 rooms and suites, including the exclusive Tower Suites, one of which is located in a medieval defensive tower possibly dating back to the 13th century. These rooms, together with the main building, preserve historical details while offering the most modern comforts.

- Sa Terra Rotja: four bedrooms, located at one end of the property next to the tennis court.
