Michael Douglas has re-listed his S’Estaca estate in Mallorca for just under 29 million euros, to kickstart interest he has even narrated his own real estate video.
Michael Douglas purchased the S’Estaca estate in 1990, together with his first wife, Diandra Luker. This impressive estate has been for sale for a while, but now the actor has created a real estate video with his own personal voice-over, inviting potential buyers to fall in love with the estate. The Oscar winner can be heard narrating the property video about his €28.5 million home on the island of Mallorca in Spain. Let’s hope property owner Michael Douglas will seal the deal.

The S’Estaca estate was actually built in the mid-19th century by Archduke Ludwig Salvator of Austria. Ludwig Salvator fell in love with the Northwest coast of Mallorca, purchasing land all around the picturesque village of Valldemossa. Located high up in the Tramuntana mountains, the Moorish estate of S’Estaca has been ‘modernised’ and ‘redecorated’ by Michael Douglas himself.
