All the staff were helpful and informative, particularly Cecile who guided us through the process of initially choosing the property, making the offer and the purchase process itself. She has infinite patience and charmingly liaised with all the parties on our behalf. A foreign purchase can be an extremely stressful time . Cecile ensured our interests were looked after and that important details were not missed due to language difficulties. We did not feel pressured at any time and always felt we were dealing with a friend. In fact, since our purchase went through, Cecile has continued to help us with settling in and nothing has been too much trouble. • Alan M. Tenth Anniversary! On the 22nd of this month we celebrate our 10th anniversary of purchasing our lovely home in Pollenca. After 10 years of searching the area with the help of every local Estate Agency, Balearic Properties found our idyllic Townhouse in the village . The BP team identified our needs precisely and showed us a small selection of townhouses. When we walked in we immediatley fell in love with our house and knew it was for us. We made an offer the next day and from then until completion, 4 weeks later ,the transaction went very smoothly. Our sales adviser recommended an excellent lawyer and took us through the whole transaction which went very quickly . They even changed all the utility bills into our name. All the worries we had about ´buying abroad´were unfounded and to this day we enjoy our house as much as we did 10 years ago. Initially we bought our house as a holiday home but now live here most of the time. I would recommend the BP team to anyone considering buying in Mallorca.

• Mervyn Obviously buying a property in a foreign country for the first time is quite a daunting prospect. Balearic Properties took the pain out of the process.
