Es Coste also has two small houses outside the main one complete with bath and shower room and suitable for two people each one, ideal if you want a little bit more of privacy.
The property has air conditioning installed throughout, and central heating all over the house. The proximity of the swimming pool to the house is perfect for keeping an eye on children, close and comfortable for all, the pool measures 10m x 5m and the temperature during cold months is kept at around 24°. Around the pool are wide terraces where children can play, and ample relaxation areas.
Outside the living room, there is a terrace of approximately 60m2 with views of Pollensa town, a perfect space for dining and family meals.
