Calvià: Santa Ponsa, Palmanova, Portals and Illetas

The municipality of Calvià covers the stretch of coast closest to Palma. Santa Ponsa and Palmanova are established resort areas with beaches, shops and restaurants, where villas and apartments make up most of the market. Puerto Portals is centred on its marina, with apartments and villas in the surrounding residential area; Bendinat and Illetas are residential coastal areas just west of Palma.
