From the kitchen there is a staircase giving the direct access to the garage and machinery, as well as to the back of the house with an additional apartment ideal for the house staff. Going up the stairs from the hall there is a large glass door that leads to the spacious terrace where you can admire the spectacular views to the valley and the large swimming pool. There are 7 bedrooms in total, one of which has private terrace and top terrace with panoramic view. The house dispose of a large events area with wood stone oven and kitchen specially designed to celebrate banquettes with friends.

Inca counts with one of the most impressive markets of Mallorca. Every Thursday the streets of the city around Plaza de España are transformed and filled with many artisan and craft products. Numerous stalls offer leather, jewelry, olive wood carvings and fresh products from all over Mallorca. The main square is a scenario for different events and flower shows. Due to the centric location of Inca with easy access to the motorway, the capital city Palma or the picturesque north beaches can be reached within 20 minutes.
