Is it possible to be surrounded by six Michelin Stars? In Mallorca, sure! At least for one day: the 16th of June, and, concretely, at 19 hours. An elite of two hundred people will assist to the III Culinary Safari, that will take place at the St Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort.

A selected menu, specially chosen by the hosts will be served. The chefs are Thomas Kahl (responsible of ‘Es Fum’, from the St. Regis Mardavall), Eckart Witzigmann, Iker González (from the Santa Maria Hotel, in San Sebastián), Christian Jürgens (from the Überfahrt, in Rottachegern), Thomas Kammeier (from the Hugos, in Berlin), Otto Koch (from the Restaurant 181, in Munich), Martin Fauster (from the Königshof, in Munich as well) and Marc Fosh, a renowned cook who lives in Mallorca. Six stars for a magic and extraordinary night.

The gardens of the St Regis Mardavall will welcome the assistants, who will be able to taste many different dishes, such as red prawns from Sóller with tomatoes, watermelon and basil, lamb from Aragon, goose liver parfait with orange jelly, mango purée and chocolate bread. Other delicatessens served will be the gazpacho peach with tuna tataki, potatoe dices with black truffle, seabass with avocado, green almonds and elder oil, as well as marinated serviola with green asparragus, mediars, orange and Sancho black pepper. The wines chosen for this special menu come from Miquel Gelabert and the Ribas heirs wineries.

Still, there will be time for music and fun. This event will be livened up by David Gee and his band, while the assistants will be able to talk and converse with the chefs. Tickets cost 190 euros and they can be bought directly at the St Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort. Both traditional and modern food will merge in a special night.
