On entering via the front door is the big hall. In front extends the ca. 40 sqm living-dining room with fire-place. It is very well furnished and the decoration is in traditional mallorcan style.

Important glass-doors open to a panorama terrace with most spectacular views across the verdant pastures of the valley towards the distant mountains.
From the living-dining room as well as from the hall are entrances to a large, well-fitted kitchen. There is an exit to a pleasant, arched dining-terrace with BBQ in front.
