Close to Puerto Pollensa, ca. 2 km away, lays at a small pine-wood hill the elegant house Can Seguinot.

After passing a gate a long private way leads between fields to the ascent of the house.

Large covered terraces with panorama views surround the property. They offer a comfortable stay in the open air each time of the year. There is also a barbecue and a large wood stove. Over the terrace one enters a large, cosy kitchen, fully equipped with kitchenware. A further terrace door leads into the spacious dining-sitting room with an open fireplace surrounded by very comfortable cushioned sofas. A little hall leads into a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with WC.

There is a second bathroom with a shower and a toilet on the ground floor. Steps lead into the 1st floor. Three bedrooms, each with 2 beds, share a large bathroom with tube and toilet. Two more small terraces offer magnificent panorama views.

The swimming pool (8 x 6m) lies between flowers and bushes. The garden is very rustic but very well kept. A pleasant forest zone belongs to this property, which is extending behind the house.
