Inside, the villa is series of long rooms flowing into one another with lots of full-height windows giving views out over the pool and across to the mountains of La Victoria. This makes for a very easy and relaxing living space. The lounge is a long room with pale-wood floors and charcoal grey sofas. There’s a flat-screen tv and a dvd and cd stereo. A screen divides this room from the dining area. Both these rooms are on the ground floor with full-height windows along one side looking over the pool. There’s an incredibly sleek kitchen in grey and stainless steel.
There’s a huge amount of storage space in floor-to-ceiling cupboards, lots of spotlighting and appliances including a double-oven and hob, a dishwasher, and an extra-large fridge-freezer. There’s also a second dining table and chairs here, by full-height sliding glass doors which open onto the garden. Here on the ground floor there’s also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a cloakroom-bathroom. All the bathrooms at the house are incredibly well designed with oversized baths and showers, spotlights and large mirrors.
On the first floor there are three more large bedrooms (one double and two twins). One of these rooms has its own dressing room, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, and two terraces with fabulous views over the bay of Pollença. The second first-floor bedrooms has an en-suite shower-room. And the last bedroom has sole use of another shower-bathroom.
The building is wonderfully integrated into the garden with a covered pool-side terrace under the portico. There’s a great dining table and chairs here and this is a totally relaxing and indulgent place to eat and drink, read and chat. The pool itself is wide and long with stone paving all around. There’s more space on the roof-terrace too with a heated jacuzzi surrounded by decking. From here you can see across to the La Victoria mountains and down to the bay of Pollença.
