It is a lucrative income when renting luxury villas or apartments anywhere in Mallorca but sometime it can become a tax nightmare when the inspectors knock on your door.
To rent out villas in Mallorca it is important that the rental agent is a registered member of the Association of villa Agents, a non profit Association founded in 1999 and officialy licensed to trade holiday properties in Mallorca. The association if formed by various local agents from Pollença and Felanitx together representing over one thousand holiday villas in Mallorca and Menorca.
