    Park Hyatt Cap Vermell Project to be constructed

    The plot of 50,000 m2 is urban, but it is next to a ANEI and requires either a modification of the Natural Areas Act or a regional general interest.

    One of the first projects that will process the government by way of urgency is the hotel complex designed by a member of the royal family qatarià in Canyamel. It has 142 rooms spread over several buildings and open its doors in 2014 if they meet the required deadlines.

    The project, located in the urbanization Atalaya, has been driven by the group Cap Vermell  with and an investment of 100 million Euros.

    “We rely on the concept of ‘resort’ for maximum luxury. These are small houses, divided into seven blocks, apart from a reception and a conference center and other services”, specify Antoni Mir, the managing director of the sponsoring company, Cap Vermell Hotel Projects and Promotions Inc., linked to Shaikh Omar Bin Khalifa al-Thani.
